Signing a new brokerage
The signing of a new brokerage firm that wanted to sell our products was done through a rigorous process as shown above. These steps ensured that the contracts were preserved and validated correctly by multiple parties.
Contracting and Data Collection
All brokers were added to a sheet which was only accessible by the Operations & Administration department.
This was to ensure that the data recieved was correct and complete.
Then, the data was automatically filtered to each sales employee
Filtered Brokers list
All the brokers that signed with the designated sales member, has been automatically filltered and shown to the employee. This helped in time savings and made everyone aware of who they can contact.
